
Due to the nature of hair extensions and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Opened packages
• Installed or altered hair
• Hair that has been cut, colored, or chemically processed
Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
To be eligible:
• Hair must be unused and unaltered
• Original packaging must be intact
• Clear photos or videos must be provided
If approved, we will offer:
✔ A replacement of the same item
✔ Or store credit (at our discretion)
Refunds are not issued for defects, replacement or store credit only.
We recommend inspecting all hair immediately upon delivery before installation.
